Fall is here and it brought cooler temperatures…finally. Summer was very hot, so I welcome the change. But sometimes major weather changes can change the state of your health.
Do you need to smooth out the rough edges? Try essential oils. Aromatherapy offers a holistic approach that is easy to use and beneficial for all.
Essential oils, when inhaled, send signals to the area in the brain that is responsible for regulating mood. But because each essential oil is unique in scent, healing benefits and characteristics, choosing oils can be tricky. You should examine how the oils interact with your mind and body in order to determine which oils to use. When the chemistry is right, an aromatic mixture can be made that works on the whole person to encourage harmony and health.

3 drops bergamot (Citrus bergamia)
2 drops sandalwood (Santalum album)
1 drop ylang ylang (Cananga odorata)
